Your personalised song

One purchase includes your brief, personalised lyrics and lyric approval, up to six song versions across a maximum of three production rounds, and one selected final MP3. Video, animation and video editing are not included. This is an AI-assisted creative service with human review. References guide mood and style; we do not promise a copy or imitation of a named artist.

Seven production days

We will complete our production work within seven calendar days of production time after we accept your order. Saturdays and Sundays count. Time waiting for your lyric approval, requested information or sample selection does not count: the clock pauses while the order is awaiting your response and resumes when it returns to our team. For example, ten days waiting for your approval do not use any of the seven production days. We will contact you promptly about any delay and agree a revised date or discuss your available remedies.

Prices, payment and acceptance

Review the full total and currency before paying. Each song is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. A payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request; the contract is accepted when we mark the order Accepted. You can cancel for a full refund before acceptance. Sandbox checkouts are tests and do not collect real money. An introductory price applies only when shown and confirmed at checkout.

Cancellation after acceptance

Email us with your order reference to cancel; no special wording or reason is needed. Any statutory cancellation rights remain available. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, the cancellation period is normally 14 days from the contract. If you expressly request work during that period and then cancel, we may charge only a reasonable proportion for work actually provided where the law permits. You lose the service cancellation right only when the service has been fully performed with your required prior request and acknowledgement. We do not treat acceptance alone as removing statutory rights.

Digital delivery and returns

An MP3 is downloadable digital content and cannot be physically returned. We supply digital content during the statutory cancellation period only with your express consent and acknowledgement that the digital-content cancellation right is lost when supply begins. Without that consent, digital access waits until the cancellation period ends. This does not remove your rights if content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements. Depending on the problem and applicable law, remedies may include correction, repeat performance, price reduction or refund.

Refunds and complaints

For cancellation, problems or complaints, contact aurunex.ventures@gmail.com with your order reference and what happened. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days. Where a refund is due, we use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee, within the applicable legal deadline (normally 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, subject to any lawful exception). We cannot refund a sandbox test as real money because none was collected.

Download and retention

Download and save your final MP3 within one calendar month after delivery. At expiry, access to our uploaded song files and samples ends; our automated cleanup removes uploaded preview and final audio, with retries if storage is temporarily unavailable. Your order and necessary support/accounting records may be retained separately. For cancelled orders we remove song/story content after 90 days; unfinished orders with no activity are cleared after 12 months. A documented dispute/legal hold may delay deletion without extending customer download access. Basic contract/payment records are retained separately for the applicable legal period. Suno hosts its own players and content; removing our files does not delete a song from Suno.

Your material and use of the song

Only provide material you are entitled to share. Avoid unnecessary confidential, sensitive or third-party personal details. You may download and keep the final song for personal use. Commercial use, redistribution or exclusive rights require our written agreement and any applicable third-party permissions. AI-assisted output may not be unique or qualify for exclusive copyright. We will not use your personal story as a public testimonial or marketing sample without separate permission.

Your information and legal rights

Read our Privacy notice for how account, contact, story and order data is handled. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. UK law governs the agreement subject to mandatory protections that apply to you in your country; nothing in these terms takes those protections away.
